You can access your stored vehicle, boat, or other property daily from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.


We require a 2-month refundable security deposit upon move-in, in addition to the prorated amount of the first month. When you move out (with 30 days written notice) we refund your security deposit. All of our leases are month-to-month.

Valet parking is a premium service we offer for motorhomes, RVs, and boats. With valet parking, our staff will handle the parking and retrieval of your vehicle, meaning you won’t need to worry about maneuvering into a specific spot. Please note that we will need a copy of your keys to safely park and manage your motorhome or RV.Since customers are not assigned a specific spot, you’ll need to visit the facility in person for drop-off and pick-up. Our team will ensure your vehicle is securely parked and ready when you need it.


Yes, we have up to 45' pull-thru spaces. Other spaces are designed for back-in or pull-in access, depending on your RV or trailer. Except for customers with 5th wheels.


Yes, routine work is permitted onsite. If you are looking for someone to do the work for you, we have a list of preferred vendors and contractors that can perform the work onsite. We make it easy to winterize and dewinterize onsite! Mechanical work, involving things such as brakes, engines, and oil are not permitted.


To make the process convenient for you, here's what you need to do:

  • For outdoor-stored items, please give us a call one hour in advance.
  • For items stored in our warehouse, please give us a call two hours in advance.

Once you've called, our team will retrieve your items and bring them to a designated pick-up area for you. After you're finished and ready to return your item, simply drop it off in the drop-off area of our parking lot. From there, our staff will put it back in storage using a tractor.

Set up auto pay in the office or online using your checking account information or credit card.


You will need a valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID. In addition, you will need to provide the VIN number. We also require the current registration in the name of the customer or the person signing the lease, and the names must match.


While many facilities have an age restriction on RV's and boats, we realize many of you may have classic Airstreams or restored campers. While we are happy to store older, well loved items, we do not permit art cars or novelty cars, RV's that are not in good working condition. Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids are also not permitted.

No, only one item is allowed per space. No stacking of trailers. For multiple items, consider renting additional spaces or larger units.


Yes, as long as you can provide proof of ownership/registration, you may leave your personal vehicle in place of your motorhome.
